We understand how important the safe collection and disposal of clinical waste is and that all businesses, organisations and medical institutions want to work with a company that is reliable to ensure compliancy with the legal regulations.

We work across the South East providing a 24-hour, 7 day a week service and our customers know that when they arrange a collection through us, we can be relied upon to be there when we say we will.

As a contract-free company, we can be as flexible as our customers need; if you need a monthly service, that’s fine, but if you only want to contact us when you need us, that’s also fine. If you have an emergency, we guarantee to be there within 12 hours.

Our team are Class 6 ADR accredited meaning they are fully trained in the safe collection, transportation and disposal of toxic and hazardous waste. We can also provide you with 360 and 770 litre yellow clinical waste bins, which are free of charge for our customers.

FAQ

The general definition is waste that is generated from healthcare activities that could pose a risk to public health or the environment. It’s therefore vital that it is stored, collected, transported and disposed of correctly.

The mixing of waste is prohibited by law in England and Wales, so companies that handle all forms of clinical waste are legally required to segregate, label, package and store it correctly.

Due to the nature of the waste, there can be severe health and environmental consequences, including infections, needle injuries, diseases and pollution, if certain waste streams are combined and not safely disposed of in a timely manner.

Depending on what type of waste is being generated will determine how it is stored. There are different coloured bins and bags to ensure that the waste is not stored together. Our waste segregation guide will help you to see what waste goes in which coloured bin or bag.

To ensure you and we remain compliant with clinical waste regulations during transport, we use vehicles that are completely sealed, meaning nothing will be spilled. Our vehicles are also fitted with the mandatory Hazchem orange plates to show what type of waste is being carried.

We offer an emergency collection service and guarantee to be with you within 12 hours. However, we don’t ask you to sign a contract, so you can stop and start, and change collection dates to meet your requirements.

Yes, all our drivers are fully trained and hold the appropriate ADR qualifications for the handling and transporting of toxic and hazardous waste.

We operate a 24 hour, 7 day a week service, so can create a bespoke solution to fit your needs.

That really does depend on where you are, the type of waste and the regularity of collections. We deliver a service that is completely bespoke to you, so please contact us and we will chat about your requirements and put together a plan and cost for you.
